1949 pattern, khaki woollen, single breasted, open collar, short jacket.  Pleated chest pockets with buttoned flaps.  Collars with bi-metal 3rd Carabiniers badges.  Shoulder straps with brass "3DG" titles.  Both arms with embroidery R.A.C Training Brigade formation badges surmounted by red, inverted triangles.  Braid Corporal stripes.  The right arm with bi-metal regimental oval badge.  Internal issue label dated 1954.  Minor wear
