Collar with red staff collar tabs .The shoulder straps with rank for a Deputy President consisting 2 gilt and enamel rank stars surmounted by a gilt crown all over a district badge for "CARNARVON RED CROSS" . Both arms with embroidery "BRITISH "titles over a red embroidery cross . Lower cuffs with B.R.C.S composite buttons ( one absent ). British Red Cross Society composite buttons to the front and pockets. Rear fixed belt . Some minor moth nips . Together with its correct dark blue skirt .
