Section of early Anglo Dutch Telephone Cable first laid from Aldeburgh to Domburg Holland in 1924. Then relaid in 1945 , this section was cut before the cable was made active by an Officer on the project and was also marked as such . Together with a copy of the UK military map showing the area it was laid from / modern copy photo of the Officer with his details to the rear . Very intresting item of eary cross chanel communication
