Rifles Officer's Dress Tunic in green, melton cloth. Single breasted with Black velvet, high collar and black braid and gimp edging. Black velvet, pointed cuffs with black braid and gimp edging. Black braid running down the front and across the base. Each breast with 5 double rows of black cord decoration with black end buttons and central toggle fastening. Lower, open top pockets. Shoulder straps and one toggle absent.
