Italian Pattern Sahariana Tunic khaki green, woollen, single breasted, closed collar tunic. Fold over collar. Front and rear shoulder yoke. The front section of the yoke forming the flaps to the pleated breast pockets. Lower bag pockets with buttoned flaps. Buttoned cuffs. Removable shoulder straps. Removable belt with steel buckle. Composite rope edge pattern buttons. This pattern of tunic was also worn by German troops during the Africa desert campaign.
