Sand painted rough texture crown, rear of the brim with three small drilled holes to hold the linen neck flap ,Black treated linen liner ,the frame with faint marks .Black felt crown pad . Sprung webbing chinstrap with minor wear . Complete with its khaki cotton rounded base quilted form sun neck flap , secured by a lace to the helmet . Neck flap marked with a Broad Arrow and "A.A" .Some service wear to the flap and minor rusting to the helmet . As used in the North Africa campaign and through into the Europe campaign . I have only ever seen two neck flap before .
