White collon pull over smock . Cuffs with buttoned tightenind straps . Chest with angled slash pocket openings with buttoned flaps . Hood with rear tightening press studs . Short buttoned neck . Interior of hood with issue stamps and 1948 date stamp .Minor stains . Size marked as small but seems quite large.Identical to the pattern that was made for a winter covering during the Battle of the Bulge.
