A rare black sealskin cap with green felt crown and plaited green mohair cord across the front and to the sides. A  dark green cord boss with a blackened regimental badge to the front surmounted by a green and scarlet horse hair plume.  Interior with leather sweat band and traces of paper label. Minor age wear.
