Victorian Royal Engineers Officer's Dress Belt in maroon leather belt with gilt embroidery, double edge lines.  Rectangular, brass buckle with overlaid Vic crown, Royal Engineers wreath.  Complete with two matching, maroon leather sword slings, complete with lower fittings.  Some minor damage to rear of belt.
