WW2 South African Issue Mk2 Steel Helmet

Sand painted rough texture crown, rear of the brim with  small drilled holes to hold a linen neck flap ,Black treated linen liner ,the frame dated 1940 .  Sprung webbing chinstrap . Some service wear and minor rusting.As used in the North Africa campaign
